Sometimes talking about your requirements with someone who knows what's available, is exactly the reassurance you need. 

Alternatively you can use the Live Chat, email, or Facebook to contact us. We aim to respond to all queries within 24 hours.

What payment methods do you take?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Klarna, Shop Pay and Google Pay. 

Our store uses SSL encryption by default to secure your payment and protect your personal data.

 

Can I make changes to my order once I have placed it?

If you need to make a change, call us or reply to your confirmation email as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been processed for dispatch yet, we'll do our best to update it for you. 

If it’s already on its way, you can wait for it to arrive and decide if you’d like to return it. We can’t make changes at that stage, but we’re always happy to help in any way we can.

 

How do I return an item?

We want you to love the items you buy, so if you change your mind, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy. Just make sure the item is in its original condition and packaging for a full refund.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We process most orders within 1-2 business days (but sometimes even the same day!). Delivery typically takes between 1-3 business days, depending on your location and what you are ordering.

As soon as your order is on its way, we’ll send you tracking details so you can keep an eye on it. 

 

Is delivery free?

Yes! Delivery is free for orders over £50. For smaller orders under £50, a small delivery fee applies.

 

Do you deliver internationally?

At the moment, we deliver within the UK mainland only. However, we can ship to Northern Ireland, but additional delivery costs may apply. Feel free to contact us to discuss your options.
