Car Seat

The Group 0+ Otto 2.0 Car Seat has 3 fully adjustable positions, and the harness will auto adjust to each position so the seat always fits your growing baby, helping to keep their airways open. We also include the Car Seat adaptors so you can quickly attach the car seat to the chassis. Finally, you can install the Car Seat with an Isofix Base (sold separately).

The Natural Pantones and pallet that are currently dominating fashion, are calming and delicate while looking elegant and sophisticated at the same time.

A huge advantage and development that has been made within this range is the convenient Carrycot system which can fold flat, thus making it easy and convenient for travel and storing. This encompasses two sewn in ventilation panels with a front and rear zip to allow a comfortable journey in any weather. The carrycot hood will also have the extendable ventilated panel incorporated and includes the sun visor.

Back by popular demand from consumers and research groups, we have included the original design of the deluxe pram bag. The stroller sport seat also folds both world and parent facing, which is a must with most deluxe travel system options.

Delivery and returns

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, we will pre-authorise your card however your card will not be charged. We will then contact our supplier to confirm that the product you have purchased is available for immediate shipment. Once confirmed we will process the payment and your order will be dispatched straight away. If there is any delay such as an item which is on backorder, we will void the pre-authorisation and contact you to let you know.

Order Delivery:

Once your order has been placed, assuming it is in stock and available for dispatch, we will charge your card and your order will be dispatched within 1-2 working days. We’ll send you tracking details by email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. If you have not received tracking details within 6 working days, please reach out to us via email at info@babycocoon.co.uk so that we can help. NOTE - Mercedes-Benz products will be delivered within 21 working days.

Damages:

We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged items to info@babycocoon.co.uk so that we can open an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations & Refunds:

Any orders cancelled after 48 hours of placing the order may be subject to additional fees. If your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item. Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order.
